Suggestions:
The Water Cooler - yes, kind of boring and a throwback to the 70s ... but, easy to identify
The Beverage Stand - when you need a break, you probably go somewhere to get a drink. Coffee, soda, water, whatever.
The Supply Room - because when you go looking for something there, it's almost never a there-and-back trip and you inevitably spend time there saying to yourself I can't believe all of this stuff is here.
The Lounge - that "relaxing" place you go to and have a drink and unwind, and eventually talk to people you'd never interact with and probably will never see again, and say to yourself I'll never do that again. Except ... you will. More than once, likely.
